We arrived home safe and sound from our road trip...went out to dinner...then, it was off to the ER. Layna was heading upstairs to get pjs on after we got home from dinner. On the way, she fell and hit her eyebrow on a piece of corner wood trim along the stairs. The wood trim is not rounded...squared. So, she sliced her eyebrow open. She was so brave and such a trooper. All she really wanted to do was go to bed...it was past bedtime and she hadn't taken her normal solid nap.
Here are some after photos of her. I wanted to take some before shots and shots at the ER, but the camera battery was dead and charging. The ER did a lame job on the glue...but, it will still do the trick.
I know this is not the worst wound that we will have, but it is the worst yet.
My poor baby...
P.S. Vacation photos to come...I have to edit and sort through all of them first.

Ouch is right! Poor baby! That had to hurt like crazy. Glad you're home safe....can't wait to see the pictures.

Ouch! And she looks happy, but sooooo sleepy. How did Brayden do at the ER when she was getting glued back together?
Poor thing! My step-son fell when he was two (now almost NINE) and got a nasty cut right below his eye. I was so amazed when they just glued it together.
