Snow Day

Well, Friday was a snow day in our area...schools and businesses all over were closed. Granted a snow day for us is just like any other day (Matt went to work), but we did venture outside to enjoy the freshly fallen snow and shovel the driveway. Brayden had a BLAST, but the princess was not too pleased. She lasted about 10-15 minutes before she turned on the poor me crying and tantrums...it was wonderful (insert sarcasm).

Here are some photos from our adventure...also, check back often because I have more photos to share...

We just got outside...hence the smile!

Mommy's BIG helper! If only he knew putting snow back on the driveway is not what I had in mind!

So far...so good...happily insepcting this stuff called snow.

Now, she is starting to get frustrated with falling all the time and feeling like a turtle not being able to get back up by herself.

Turtle Layna!

LOVING this photo!

Cooperative play...hooray!

Ok...now she's had enough...you can't tell, but she is crying her eyes out in this photo! We went in shortly after...I just had to get a little more shoveling done.

HYSTERICAL!!! I know that cry all too well. The pics of them in the snow are great. We are waiting for enough snow to get to play outside.

Ha! Henry did the same thing with the shovel and snow, and Claudia cried about 2 seconds after being out. You guys lasted a long time! I can't wait to see pics from your polar express ride!

Sooo cute!!!! Andrew still hasn't been out in all this stuff. Mommy had to go to school that day so no playing outside for us. Bummer.
