Easter pictures!!!

We had a wonderful Easter with both kiddos this year. Brayden TOTALLY got into hunting for Easter eggs and wanted to eat every piece of candy in sight! It was awesome to watch the excitement in his eyes. He was actually sad when he found all of the eggs at our house.

Here are some pictures and captions from our Easter celebrations!

Layna enjoying her Easter basket from the Grandma and Grandpa Thompson Easter bunny.

Brayden investigating his Grandma and Grandpa Thompson Easter bunny basket.

Brayden received a pair of sunglasses in his dude.

Layna received a bathing suit from the Easter bunny, and I couldn't resist the urge to try it on her. How cute is she?

Brayden looking at all the eggs he found.

Layna being silly with the purple cow from her Easter basket.

Looking at all fot eggs he found at home...they are beautiful he kept saying.

An "Easter picture" of always, he just won't be still for a picture.

A failed attempt at getting nice Easter pictures...Layna was having nothing to do with it. She woke up with a fever today, so maybe she wasn't feeling well...or, just being her princess self.

On the road heading to Easter brunch! It's about a 45 minute drive for us.

Grandma and Grandpa Thompson with their beautiful Guatemalan grandchildren!

Enjoying some yummy food during Easter brunch. Easter brunch has become a tradition with Matt's family and my parent's have been coming along for the last few years as well. There were 22 of us, so it's easier to go out to eat than to expect someone to cook for everyone.

Brayden coloring after brunch...well, maybe not coloring so much, but having a good time anyway.

Yes...I know I am cute!

All the "princesses" in their beautifulness!

Layna watching all the activity wondering what everyone is doing!?!?

Brayden very excited about one of the prizes that he received from the Easter egg hunt. When hunting for eggs at Grandma and Grandps Goldstein's house, there are real eggs and plastic eggs. Some of the plastic eggs have numbers in them that coordinate to special gifts/prizes. Some of the plastic eggs have money in them too! They ALL have candy in them!

P.S. If you are interested, scroll down for a quick video montage I posted earlier today.
